Among the paintings on display are fourteen new, small-scale works that were done as background for Bettye’s Thought for the Day mailings, as well as a few of her fused glass wall hangings.
In March 2018, highly acclaimed Chicana artist Margaret Garcia was on our Art Wall. Art collector Cheech Marin bought two of Garcia’s works.
The Opening Reception for Jessica Kendall-Bar’s exhibit will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at 11 am. The artist is a PhD candidate in Marine Biology who believes that scientific progress is futile unless communicated successfully.
