The UUSM Ministerial Search Team is excited to announce that we are in the last few stages of the search process! We will announce the candidate in the coming weeks.

We are very much looking forward to telling you about our candidate, and we will also have a short video message from the candidate as a preliminary introduction.

Last Fall, in a crucial phase of our ministerial search process, so many UUSM members and friends participated in the all-congregational survey as well as our series of small group

This NEW survey will help develop an in-depth congregational profile as a final step for ministerial candidates to better understand who we are at UUSM, and will help clarify our congregational priorities.

Saturday, October 11, 10 am – 1:30 pm – EVERYONE is invited to the Break Barriers, Build Beliefs (B4) workshop organized by the UUA for congregations involved in a Ministerial Search process on Zoom

Ministerial Search Conversations, small group meeting to be held on Sundays in the Cottage and on Zoom, will help us understand our congregation and its needs today, and where we may want to go in the future. Please RSVP.

On Saturday, October 11, UUSM will participate in the Break Barriers, Build Beliefs (B4) workshop offered by the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) for congregations involved in the search for a new minister.

On Saturday, October 11 from 10 am-1:30 pm, the UUA will offer a live online Zoom workshop to all UUSM members and friends to promote inclusive thinking and help prevent bias in our congregation’s search for a new minister.
