Mark your calendar for an easy hike on Saturday, November 19 at 9:00 am to the Stoneview Nature Center in the hills above Culver City near the Park to Playa Trail. We will carpool from UUSM and drive to the parking lot just east of the walking bridge over La Cienega Blvd. The parking lot is located very close to the entrance to Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area.
The Stoneview Nature Center is a relatively new park near the west side of the walking bridge. The Center has many creative outdoor exhibits such as the Bee Hotel and a labyrinth. After we check that out, we will head back to Kenneth Hahn State Park to explore the Japanese Garden and more.
