This Sunday, February 26, we have our Special Congregational Meeting to approve our Refreshed Bylaws. Personally, I am so excited to participate in this meeting. I have been on the Board of Directors for nine years now and this is a goal that I have had for a long time.
With this meeting we will be using Robert’s Rules of Order, as this is required by our existing bylaws. I wanted to give you all a reminder on the processes. I will be holding on to my copy “Robert’s cheat sheet” during the meeting, too. 
First, here is our Appendix A – Rules of the Meeting, which is the “parliamentary procedure” that we will adopt at the beginning of the meeting. We have had this document as part of our Annual Meeting for as long as I can remember.
