Under the guiding hands of Program Director Norm Richey and our dear Rev. Jeremiah Kalendae, UUSM will be one of five congregations to pilot an exciting new leadership program developed especially for UU congregations. The program represents a unique opportunity for our members to build and deepen their leadership capacity within the life of the congregation and in the broader world. The program hopes to engage with newer members as well as members who are already involved with the work of our church and who desire to take their service to a deeper level.

Are you looking for ways to identify your unique gifts, build deeper connections with others, and find your role in the work of building a better world? You are just the person this program was made for.

The program will open in October with a Saturday retreat. Monthly meetings will follow, with the additional participation of guest instructors: President Eileen McCormick, Vice President Norm Richey, Past Presidents Beth Brownlie and Barbara Kernochan, and the Rev. Dr. Kikanza Nuri-Robins. The program will conclude in June 2023.
