Our Stewardship Campaign has launched and your support is critical to our continued flourishing as we emerge from the pandemic and into our abundance.
Springtime is on the horizon even as the cool weather and heavy rains of the winter make it seem otherwise. This is also our stewardship season, a time when we recommit to supporting our beloved community.
Happy Black History Month! Let us take time this month–and every month–to reflect upon the joys celebrated, the dreams realized, the justice that’s still demanded, and our own callings to the ongoing struggle to co-create an anti-racist society and inclusive beloved community.
Finding Our Center: We must listen deeply and carefully to our own beings and to the lives of others to discern the paths to transformation and wholeness as we journey together.
We are entering the season of wonder. Winter marks a period when change is almost suspended and nature begins to rest, inviting us to pause in awe before the mystery and beauty of life.
What many of us fear most is becoming reconciled to injustice, resigned to fear and despair, lulled into a life of apathy. Have you put in enough strategies to avoid this fate?
What if we expanded our understanding of courage to include our darings to grow and be transformed not through bold showings of strength and might but through our bold embraces of weakness, vulnerability, and tenderness?
We are in a period of rebirth as a religious community and this mirrors the processes unfolding in the larger world following two years of global struggles.
Our liberal religious movement has championed reproductive freedom, fought for the separation of church and state, and professed a deep commitment to the wellbeing of the planet for generations.
