Join us for an empowering monthly online workshop series designed to help you transform your New Year Resolutions (Goals) into reality. RSVP by January 15.
This will be the fourth year that Certified Life Coach Norm Richey, MSW, is offering his popular and meaningful New Year Resolution Workshop series. Many participants have been helped with focusing on a fresh intention, making progress towards their goals, and succeeding in realizing their desired outcomes.
There are many things that we may want to focus on in the new year: exercising, dieting, decluttering, saving money, spending more time with family, organizing, learning new skills, picking up a hobby, developing deeper spirituality, work-life balance, and generally living life to its fullest.
Unfortunately, one study revealed that only 8% of people who expressed a new intention were successful in achievement. 73% of people experienced little to no progress. This workshop is designed to significantly increase your chances of achieving your desired intention. Most people give up on their Resolutions after just one to two months.
Learn how to craft SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals that boost your chances of success, and discover how small, actionable steps can build momentum, increase motivation, and enhance your self-confidence. Explore two proven techniques to significantly improve follow-through on your action plans, and gain insights from the Transtheoretical Theory of Change by James Prochaska and the bestselling book Atomic Habits by James Clear.
