The Leadership Development and Nominations Committee (LDNC), as specified in the Bylaws, is currently recruiting UUSM members who are interested in possibly serving on the Board of Directors or LDNC starting July 1 or even in future years. Because our Church Administrator retired and our minister is moving on taking with them a lot of institutional memory, the priority this year is continuity. Therefore, LDNC’s objective is to retain as many current Board and LDNC as possible. LDNC must forward a slate of qualified candidates to the Board in late April, 40 days before the Annual Meeting in June.
