UUSM RE Assistant

An exciting new Skateboard Project will bring together the long history of our area (Venice Beach and Santa Monica) as the birthplace of extreme skateboarding and our beliefs as Unitarian Universalists.

The twelve participants brainstormed as a team about the ways that could really reach out to UUSM’s kids in these difficult times. Discussion turned to the gifts the UUSM community has to offer and how these gifts could be matched up with our kids’ and parents’ needs.

You aren’t seeing us now but we’ve been busy organizing and arranging a number of activities for our children and youth. Even though we are staying at home along with all of you, we are busy on Zoom with fun and games to help you while away the hours.
