Rima Snyder, speaking; Chela Metzger, worship associate. In this service we will explore poems about night and shadows, time, mystery and mortality, the earth’s fertile soil and the cycle of life. Music: Saunder Choi, music director; Olivia Salazar, vocalist; Ryan Humphrey, pianist. Time for All Ages: Jessica will share a poem by Walt Whitman, and talk about how poets observe processes in nature that reflect our own emotional processes, helping us to see the interconnected web of all life.
