In a culture which prides itself on the facade of effortless perfection, constantly suggesting we are not enough, self love can be a difficult practice. And yet, embracing self-love offers us a radical orientation to community, connection, interdependence, vulnerability, and deep spiritual growth. We welcome our guest, who serves as minister of the Boise Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. She is active in her community, regularly advocating for justice and our liberal religious values in the Idaho state legislature. (Daylight Savings Time begins.)
