Science Nonfiction Book Group “The Big Picture” – Zoom/Online
Booklovers come together to explore science and history topics in-depth.
We will discuss “The Big Picture: On the Origins of Life, Meaning, and the Universe Itself” by Sean Carroll.
Dr. Carroll is a theoretical physicist and philosopher who explores how the world works at the quantum level, the cosmic level, and the human level—and then how each connects to the other. He is a fellow at the Santa Fe Institute, which takes a multidisciplinary approach to complex adaptive systems.
