The UUA is offering another chance to attend the Break Barriers, Build Beliefs (B4) workshop on Saturday, December 13th and 9 am PST. The workshop helps us heighten our awareness of our  unconscious biases as we prepare to welcome a new minister next church year. We want to choose the best candidate so becoming more aware of how we categorize people can only help us be more open-hearted and open-minded. The workshop will also help us look at the hopes, expectations and concerns we may have for a new minister.
