• 12:30 PM – 1:15 PM: Circle Discussion on Birthdays: Especially When Living Alone
  Some Potential Discussion Questions:

1. 1. 1. “When your birthday approaches, what is your knee-jerk reaction? Do you lean into celebrating, or is your instinct to quietly let it slide by?”
      2. “For those who live alone, how do you handle the logistical shift of a birthday? Do you find joy in creating your own personal rituals, or does the lack of a built-in household celebration make the day feel heavy?”
      3. “How can we, as a Women’s Plus community, better hold space for each other’s milestones without making people feel pressured into a ‘traditional’ party if they prefer quiet autonomy?”

• 1:15 PM – 2:00 PM: Craft Project – Making a Birthday Card
  Each person can make a card for themselves for their next birthday (or chose to honor someone else) – Card Making Supplies provided

Join us under the shade structure after our potluck lunch to share, reflect, and plan.
