Science Nonfiction Book Group “The Bomb” – Zoom/Online

Booklovers come together to explore science and history topics in-depth.

We will discuss “The Bomb: Presidents, Generals, and the Secret History of Nuclear War,” by Fred Kaplan.

Each president since the beginning of the atomic age has had a different approach to the technology. Much of Kaplan’s book includes recently declassified materials. Our adversaries’ thinking is also part of the mix.
