Science Nonfiction Book Group “Natural” – Zoom/Online

Booklovers come together to explore science and history topics in-depth.
We will discuss “Natural: How Faith in Nature’s Goodness Leads to Harmful Fads, Unjust Laws, and Flawed Science,” by Alan Levinovitz.
This scholar of religion makes the argument that “natural”— or “unnatural”— is essentially a religious term, and is frequently used to justify various prejudices and fads.
