Non-Violent Communications Class

Join us on May 17, 2026 at 12 pm in the Cottage for a new class from Laura Lok on Marshall Rosenberg’s theory of Non-Violent Communication. Sometimes described as ’empathy in action,’ NVC is a communication strategy that reflects that all language is about getting our needs met. Laura is a Certified Trainer in Non-violent Communications, and will be leading this introduction to the work.
