Lunches for Bunches + Winter Clothing Drive
Join us under the shade structure after the service as we prepare brown bag lunches for our unhoused neighbors. We’ll pack sandwiches, fruit, chips, beverages, and desserts for as many as we can. Afterward, we’ll deliver them to Turning Point, one of The People Concern’s interim housing facilities in Santa Monica.
We will also coordinate a winter clothing drive this year for those that receive services at the Annenberg Access Center, another part of The People Concern. Starting on Sunday December 14 and through Sunday January 25, there will be a barrel for donations at the Lunches for Bunches tables under the shade structure in the courtyard. Donations will be delivered weekly along with the lunches.
If you’re unable to join us, you can support the Hunger Task Force by donating online.
We meet every Sunday in the Courtyard under the shade structure.
