Leadership Secrets: What every successful leader knows and does

Rev. Dr. Kikanza Nuri-Robins, a highly sought-after business, board and church consultant, will offer a day-long workshop where she will help us explore leadership styles, their impact, and how to be effective when faced with leadership opportunities.

A major secret of great leaders is their ability to read the room and to use what they learn to influence outcomes. Reading the room includes:

• Assessing the emotional temperature.
• Discerning the cultural norms.
• Identifying the interaction styles of the people in the group.

In this class we will describe and practice some of the tools that are often used intuitively by leaders, but which you can use with intention to make a difference.
