Mindful Movement – Exercise with Friends

Come Exercise with Friends! Boost Energy, Improve Fitness. Every Thursday, 11 am – 12 noon in Forbes Hall. All abilities welcome!
Bring water and your equipment (cuff, hand weights, TheraBand, etc.)
Group exercise for 30 minutes, then 30 minutes at your level.
