AAHS Freethinker Forum

Agnostics, Atheists, Humanists and Secularists (AAHS) returns for our first in-person meeting since before the pandemic.

Freethinker Forums are a place to discuss big ideas and topics related to politics, science, religion and culture while fostering an environment of inclusiveness and respect. AAHS is a home base for non-theists and questioners, but everyone is welcome.

At this meeting, we will have a chance to get introduce ourselves, welcome others, and hear from others’ perspectives. Time allowing, lets re-start our discussions with a simple question: what is Humanism, anyway? Are their various kinds? What is the difference between secular and religious approaches to it?

Non-theists have been an integral part of Unitarian Universalism for more than a century. AAHS is affiliated with the UU Humanist Association, a place to learn more about the tradition of Religious Humanism.
