Message: “Playmate” from Rev. Kikanza Nuri-Robbins

Rev. Jeremiah Lal Shahbaz Kalendae - May 24, 2020

Our Sabbath

Sundays are a sacred time for worship, rest, and play. This is perhaps especially true in this time of quarantine. How did it come to be that we gather like this for a time of Sabbath? Let's explore the Jewish and Christian origins of our sacred day and its relevance to our lives today.

From Monthly: "Thresholds"

A threshold can be a transitional period from one state or reality to another. They are often potent times in our lives that can evoke a variety of emotions. We may experience self-doubt. We may have to grieve leaving behind old parts of ourselves on the other side of the threshold. We will explore many aspects of thresholds in the context of worship this month.
